1. Orders and Deposits
- All projects over $500 require a 50% advance deposit before materials are ordered and production is scheduled.
- Deposits are non-refundable once materials are purchased or work has begun.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of installation or pickup.
2. Pricing and Taxes
- All prices are subject to applicable sales tax.
- Prices are based on available information at the time of the quote and are subject to change due to material costs, labor changes, or unforeseen factors.
3. Exclusions
Unless specifically stated in the quote, the following are NOT included in pricing and, if required, will be invoiced separately on a time and material basis:
- Sign permits, structural engineering, traffic control equipment, and permit fees.
- Electrical services to the proposed sign(s), unless explicitly quoted. It is assumed that electrical services are existing or provided by others.
4. Production and Timeframes
- All timeframes provided are estimates and subject to change.
- We manufacture and install all projects as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or permitting.
5. Installation and Pickup
- Installation appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring site accessibility for installation. Delays due to site inaccessibility may result in additional charges.
- If picking up an order, the client must inspect and approve the product at the time of pickup.
6. Payment Terms
- 50% advance deposit is required before work begins.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of installation or pickup.

- Make checks payable to Prescott Signs.
- Payments must be made on the same day the work is completed to avoid delays or additional fees.
7. Warranty
- 12-month warranty against defective materials.
- 12-month unconditional guarantee on parts and labor.
- This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, weather conditions, vandalism, or modifications made by the client or a third party.
8. Design Approvals
- Customers must approve all designs before production begins.
- Any changes after approval may result in additional costs and production delays.
9. Liability and Limitations
- We are not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
- Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion.
10. Text Message Communications
- By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Prescott Signs regarding order updates, promotional offers, and customer service communications.
- Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

11. Intellectual Property
- Any designs, mockups, or proofs created by Prescott Signs remain our intellectual property until payment is made in full.
- We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alabama, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
