Payment Terms – Prescott Signs

At Prescott Signs, we strive to make the payment process simple and secure for our customers. Please review the following terms regarding deposits, final balances, and authorization of payment methods.

 

1. Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the project total is required to begin the design and manufacturing process.

  • Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your project.

 

2. Final Balance

  • The remaining balance, plus any applicable city permit fees, is due on the day of installation.

  • Installation may be delayed if final payment is not completed prior to or at the time of installation.

 

3. Credit Card Authorization

By providing your credit card information through our secure payment system (powered by Stripe), you authorize Prescott Signs to:

  • Store your payment method securely for future use.

  • Automatically charge your card for the remaining project balance and any permit fees on the day of installation, without further notice.

If you wish to use a different form of payment for the final balance, you must notify our office in advance and ensure payment is received before installation begins.

 

4. Security

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • Prescott Signs does not store or have access to your full credit card details.

  • Your payment data is encrypted and protected according to PCI DSS standards.

 

5. Non-Payment

Prescott Signs reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or withhold installation if payment is not completed on the day of installation.
